| 7 | | Sec. 6.5. Lifeguard minimum wage. Subject to |
| 8 | | appropriation, the Chicago Park District shall pay to each of |
| 9 | | the District's employees working as a lifeguard a wage of not |
| 10 | | less than $20 an hour, regardless of the age of the employee.".
