| 3 | | immediately below line 14, by inserting the following: |
| 4 | | "(c) A municipality may request a copy in writing of the |
| 5 | | formula used by the landlord or condominium or common interest |
| 6 | | community association for allocating the public utility |
| 7 | | payments among the unit owners. The landlord or condominium or |
| 8 | | common interest community association shall respond within 30 |
| 9 | | calendar days of receiving the municipality's request.". |
