SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $50,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security for supplemental disaster relief grants. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $50,000,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security for supplemental disaster relief grants under Section 5 of the Disaster Relief Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
