| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4163 as follows: |
| 3 | | by deleting line 4 on page 1 through line 22 on page 11; and |
| 4 | | on page 11, line 23, by replacing "Section 10." with "Section |
| 5 | | 5."; and |
| 6 | | on page 36, immediately below line 18, by inserting the |
| 7 | | following: |
| 8 | | "(i) If a defendant who is ordered to pay child support |
| 9 | | under this Section is incarcerated and unable to pay the |
| 10 | | required support, the defendant shall have up to one year |
| 11 | | after release from incarceration to begin payment, including |
| 12 | | entering a payment plan to address any arrearage. If a |
| 13 | | defendant's child support payments are set to terminate, but |
| 14 | | the defendant's obligation is not paid in full, the child |
| 15 | | support payments shall continue until the entire arrearage is |
