2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly: |
4 | | Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,700 to the |
5 | | State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in |
6 | | Section 15, the People of the State of Illinois hereby release |
7 | | the following described land in Monroe County, Illinois from |
8 | | all dedication and easement rights and interest acquired for |
9 | | highway purposes: |
10 | | Parcel No. 800XC79: |
11 | | That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township |
12 | | 4 South, Range 9 West of the Third Principal Meridian, |
13 | | Monroe County, Illinois described as follows: |
14 | | Commencing at an iron pin with cap at the southwest corner |
15 | | of said northwest quarter of Section 1, thence on the |
16 | | south line of said northwest quarter of Section 1 on an |
17 | | assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 55 minutes 31 seconds |
18 | | East, a distance of 1,326.16 feet to the east line of the |

10 | | Section 15. The Department of Transportation shall obtain |
11 | | a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective |
12 | | date and, upon receipt of the payments required by Section 5 |
13 | | and 10, shall record the certified document in the Recorder's |
14 | | Office in the county in which the land is located. |
15 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
16 | | becoming law. |
