| 4 | | 1, on page 13, by replacing lines 8 through 10 with the |

| 6 | | "(e) The upper payment limit shall not be inclusive of the |
| 7 | | pharmacy dispensing fee, provider administration fee, or any |
| 8 | | additional payment amount made by a payor to a provider for the |
| 9 | | drug product related to the provider's procurement, handling, |
| 10 | | storage, or other activity facilitating administration of the |
| 11 | | drug product. The additional payment amount may be reflected |
| 12 | | in the payor's fee schedule, provider contract, or any other |
| 13 | | agreement governing reimbursement of the drug product and |
| 14 | | associated services.". |
