SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates the sum of $25,000,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to provide grants to certified community behavioral health clinics that have been selected to participate in the Department's certified community behavioral health clinic demonstration programs with the United States Department of Health and Human Services. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $25,000,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to provide grants to certified community behavioral health clinics that have been selected to participate in the Department's certified community behavioral health clinic demonstration programs with the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
