| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State of |
| 5 | | Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs, is authorized |
| 6 | | to convey by Quitclaim Deed all right, title, and interest of |
| 7 | | the State of Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs |
| 8 | | in and to the real estate described in Section 10 to the City |
| 9 | | of Aurora, subject to the conditions and restriction described |
| 10 | | in Section 15.
|
| 11 | | Section 10. The Adjutant General is authorized to convey |
| 12 | | the following described real property:

| 14 | | Section 15. The Adjutant General shall not convey the real |
| 15 | | property described in Section 10 to the City of Aurora until |
| 16 | | the Adjutant General determines that the property is no longer |
| 17 | | required for military purposes. Conveyance of the above real |
| 18 | | property will be in an "as is" condition, and the City of |
| 19 | | Aurora will pay all required costs and expenses for the |
| 20 | | conveyance, as determined by the Adjutant General.

| 21 | | Section 20. The Adjutant General shall obtain a certified |
| 22 | | copy of this Act from the Secretary of State within 60 days |
| 23 | | after its effective date and, upon the conveyance of the real |
