| 7 | | Sec. 26. County board report. After each decennial census |
| 8 | | and no later than 24 months after the formation of all of the |
| 9 | | committees of the governmental units in a county, the county |
| 10 | | board must prepare a report to the General Assembly that |
| 11 | | includes a plan to reduce the number of governmental units |
| 12 | | within the county by 10% to 20%.". |
