SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $200,000 to the Architect of the Capitol from the Build Illinois Bond Fund for the placement of a non-denominational prayer chapel within the Capitol Complex. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Architect of the Capitol for the placement of a non-denominational prayer chapel within the Capitol Complex.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
