SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for local health departments and community-based organizations to promote prostate and testicular cancer screening. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $350,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for local health departments and community-based organizations to promote prostate and testicular cancer screening.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2024.
