AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5428

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5428 on page 43, 
3line 25, by replacing "rules" with "regulations"; and
 
4on page 86, by replacing lines 2 through 6 with the following:
5"of such transfer, written notice sent by first-class 
6certified mail, return receipt requested, to the mortgagor at 
7the address of the property, unless the mortgagor shall have 
8directed correspondence from the mortgagee shall be sent to 
9another address, which notice shall set forth: the name and"; 
10and
 
11on page 121, line 21, by replacing "rules" with "regulations"; 
12and
 
13by replacing line 24 on page 121 through line 1 on page 122 
14with the following:
15"compliance with this Section.

1    (d) Whoever knowingly violates subsection (a), or (b), or
