| 6 | | "(7) the procedure for obtaining information about |
| 7 | | guardianship or adoption resources, if so desired; |
| 8 | | (8) any new or additional laws concerning the rights |
| 9 | | of pregnant committed persons; and |
| 10 | | (9) the address or contact information for community |
| 11 | | organizations specializing in the rights of pregnant |
| 12 | | committed persons for questions or concerns."; and

| 13 | | on page 13, by replacing lines 17 through 20 with the |
| 14 | | following:
