SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $4,500,000 from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for historic preservation purposes. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $4,500,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for historic preservation purposes.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
