SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $20,300,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants-in-aid and purchase-of-care contracts for individual service coordination, pre-admission screenings, and grant exclusive line items. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $20,300,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants-in-aid and purchase-of-care contracts in its various regions in accordance with Sections 3 and 4 of the Community Services Act, for individual service coordination, pre-admission screenings, and grant exclusive line items.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
