SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $210,000 from the Road Fund to the Department of Transportation for a grant to the Massac-Metropolis Port District for the acquisition of land. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $210,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the Department of Transportation for a grant to the Massac-Metropolis Port District for the acquisition of land.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024
