| 5 | | the 2022 Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Class 2A Boys |
| 6 | | Soccer Championship; and

| 7 | | WHEREAS, The Peoria Notre Dame High School boys soccer |
| 8 | | team defeated the Glenwood High School boys soccer team, the |
| 9 | | Titans, of Chatham on the grounds of Hoffman Estates High |
| 10 | | School on November 5, 2022, earning a final score of 3-1; and

| 11 | | WHEREAS, The Peoria Notre Dame High School boys soccer |
| 12 | | team achieved the state title while simultaneously combating |
| 13 | | 30 mph winds and driving rain during the state final; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, The Peoria Notre Dame High School boys soccer |
| 15 | | team concluded its season with 23 wins, 3 losses, and 1 tie; |
| 16 | | and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, The Peoria Notre Dame High School boys soccer |
| 18 | | team's latest championship win marks the program's fifth state |
| 19 | | title; the team previously won in 2004, 2008, 2010, and 2012; |
