HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to recognize Nathan Libbey, LP.D., for 
4his four years of service to the Aptakisic-Tripp Community 
5Consolidated School District (CCSD) 102 Board of Education; 
6and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Dr. Libbey served as secretary of the 
8Aptakisic-Tripp CCSD 102 Board of Education for two years; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Dr. Libbey was a dedicated member of the board's 
10Policy Committee; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Dr. Libbey worked closely with the district 
12superintendent, answering questions and sharing valuable 
13expertise during the COVID-19 pandemic; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, During board meetings, Dr. Libbey listened 
15intently to presentations, asked pertinent questions, and 
16provided meaningful comments and feedback; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Dr. Libbey's last meeting as a member of the 
18Aptakisic-Tripp CCSD 102 Board of Education will be held on 
19April 24, 2023; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
2HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
3we recognize Nathan Libbey, LP.D., for his four years of 
4dedicated service to the Aptakisic-Tripp Community 
5Consolidated School District (CCSD) 102 Board of Education, 
6and we thank him for his valiant commitment to the students and 
7the district; and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to Dr. Libbey as an expression of our esteem and 
10respect.
