| 9 | | including Muddy Waters and Willie Dixon; and |
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Buddy Guy began working as a guitarist for |
| 11 | | Chicago's Chess Records in 1960, playing a pivotal role on |
| 12 | | albums for other artists, including Muddy Waters, Koko Taylor, |
| 13 | | Howlin' Wolf, and Little Walter, among others, while also |
| 14 | | launching his own career as a solo artist, which developed |
| 15 | | into extensive tours around the world; and |
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Buddy Guy opened his own nightclub, Buddy Guy's |
| 17 | | Legends, in Chicago in 1989, where he has played annual |
