AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 384 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 384 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 
4    "Section 5. The Electric Vehicle Charging Act is amended 
5by changing Section 10 as follows:
 
6    (765 ILCS 1085/10)
7    (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a 
8delayed effective date)
9    Sec. 10. Applicability. 
10    (a) For the purposes of Sections 20 and 25, this This Act 
11applies to newly constructed single-family homes and 
12multifamily multi-unit residential buildings that have parking 
13spaces and are constructed after the effective date of this 
14Act.
15    (b) For the purposes of Sections 30 and 35, this Act 
16applies to unit owners, tenants, landlords, and associations
