| 4 | | No. 1 on page 2, by replacing lines 14 through 21 with the |

| 6 | | "Section 10. The conveyances of real property authorized |
| 7 | | by Section 5 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public |
| 8 | | utilities, existing public roads, and any and all |
| 9 | | reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and |
| 10 | | restrictions of record; (2) the express condition that if said |
| 11 | | real property ceases to be used for public purposes, it shall |
| 12 | | revert to the State of Illinois; and (3) the City of Chester |
| 13 | | bearing all costs associated with the conveyances under |
| 14 | | Section 5 and generally associated with the transfer under |
| 15 | | this Act.". |
