| 8 | | new playground, the playground area and surface must meet the |
| 9 | | standards for playgrounds contained in the United States |
| 10 | | Department of Justice's 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible |
| 11 | | Design or any subsequent publication to those standards on |
| 12 | | accessible design by the Department of Justice.".
