| 3 | | line 16 on page 1 through line 2 on page 2 with the following:

| 4 | | "Sec. 10.4. Ten-year limitation. In the event a grievance |
| 5 | | resolution exceeds the limitation period of 5 years, a State |
| 6 | | agency attempting to collect outstanding health benefits |
| 7 | | premiums from a covered employee who was reinstated to |
| 8 | | employment status after a grievance resolution shall provide |
| 9 | | the employee with written notice and demand for payment of the |
| 10 | | premiums within 10 years of when the State agency's right to |
| 11 | | collect the premium first accrued. Otherwise, the State agency |
| 12 | | is barred from attempting to collect such premiums.".
