AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1446

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1446 on page 2, lines 18 and 19, by deleting "including but not limited to, Native American items of cultural significance,"; and

on page 9, lines 19 and 20, by deleting ", including but not limited to, Native American items of cultural significance"; and

on page 9, by replacing line 24 with the following: "(e) Definition. For purposes of this Section,"; and

on page 9, line 25, by deleting "(i)"; and
