| 1 | | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1745

| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1745 on page 4, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 6 through 10 with the following: |
| 4 | | "A drainage district or road district or the designee of a |
| 5 | | drainage district or road district shall be exempt from the |
| 6 | | requirement to obtain a permit to control nuisance muskrats or |
| 7 | | beavers if all"; and

| 8 | | on page 4, by replacing lines 13 through 19 with the following: |
| 9 | | "including marking or identification. The designee of a |
| 10 | | drainage district or road district"; and
|
| 11 | | on page 4, by replacing line 21 with the following: |
| 12 | | "drainage district or road district in possession at all"; and
|
| 13 | | on page 4, by replacing line 25 with the following: |
| 14 | | "district or road district. For the purposes of this Section, |
| 15 | | "road district" includes a township road district.".
