| 6 | | of alcohol or any drug. |
| 7 | | (k) The use of low-speed electric scooters is not |
| 8 | | permitted on State highways. |
| 9 | | (l) Every low-speed electric scooter shall be |
| 10 | | well-maintained and in good operating condition.".
