| 5 | | on page 6, line 2, by inserting after the period the following: |
| 6 | | "No expert employed or contracted by the Illinois Department |
| 7 | | of Human Services shall be ordered to perform, in the expert's |
| 8 | | official capacity, an initial fitness examination under this |
| 9 | | Section."; and
|
| 10 | | on page 6, line 10, by inserting after the period the |
| 11 | | following: |
| 12 | | "No facility of the Illinois Department of Human Services |
| 13 | | shall be utilized for this purpose."; and
|
| 14 | | on page 13, line 7, by replacing "more than one year" with |
| 15 | | "longer than the length of the sentence that could be imposed |
