| 8 | | does not include a hospital as defined in the Hospital |
| 9 | | Licensing Act or any hospital authorized under the University |
| 10 | | of Illinois Hospital Act. "Facility" does not include any |
| 11 | | facility that the Department of Public Health or the |
| 12 | | Department of Veterans' Affairs does not regulate.".
