13 | | A bilingual pay supplement under this Section shall be |
14 | | processed within 30 calendar days after the employee presents |
15 | | to the Director, or the Director's designee for this purpose, |
16 | | a certification from either: (i) the designated testing |
17 | | program process selected by the Director; or (ii) an Illinois |
18 | | community college confirming that the language skill |
19 | | proficiency requirement described in this Section in reading, |
20 | | writing, and speaking has been satisfied by the employee. |
