SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $70,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of administering and providing funds for diaper allowances pursuant to 20 ILCS 1305/1075.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $70,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of administering and providing funds for diaper allowances pursuant to 20 ILCS 1305/1075.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
