Appropriates $30,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Chicago Park District for costs associated with capital improvements for Ogden Park. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $30,000,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Chicago Park District for costs associated with capital improvements for Ogden Park.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
