| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2827 on page 42, |
| 3 | | line 13, after the comma, by inserting "or"; and

| 4 | | on page 42, by replacing lines 19 through 26 with the |
| 5 | | following: |
| 6 | | "entity, or any affiliated person of that business entity. , or |
| 7 | | (iv) any political committee for which the bidding or |
| 8 | | contracting business entity, or any 501(c) organization |
| 9 | | described in item (iii) related to that business entity, is |
| 10 | | the sponsoring entity. "Affiliated entity" does not include an |
| 11 | | entity prohibited by federal law from making contributions or |
| 12 | | expenditures in connection with a federal, state, or local |
| 13 | | election.". |
