| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2876, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
| 3 | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. | ||||||
| 4 | 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with the | ||||||
| 5 | following: | ||||||
| 6 | "facility; | ||||||
| 7 | (3) the compost of organic items that are generated at | ||||||
| 8 | a public meeting or public event held at the event | ||||||
| 9 | facility only if the event facility is located in a county | ||||||
| 10 | with a composting facility; and | ||||||
| 11 | (4) the transfer of compostable materials to a | ||||||
| 12 | composting facility for processing; the compostable | ||||||
| 13 | materials may be transferred to a composting facility in | ||||||
| 14 | the same manner in which they were collected within the | ||||||
| 15 | event facility.". | ||||||
