| 8 | | Sec. 2705-621. Type II Noise Suppression Program. On or |
| 9 | | before July 1, 2025, the Department may, subject to |
| 10 | | appropriation, create and implement a Type II Noise |
| 11 | | Suppression Program as defined by 23 CFR 772.5 to provide |
| 12 | | noise abatement on existing highways in the State. The |
| 13 | | Department may determine and prioritize projects within this |
| 14 | | program in accordance with 23 CFR 772.7(e).
