| 4 | | "Section 3. Applicability. This Act does not apply to a |
| 5 | | charger owned by a resident of any of the following if the |
| 6 | | charger is not used for a commercial purpose: |
| 7 | | (1) a single-family home; |
| 8 | | (2) a condominium association; |
| 9 | | (3) a common interest community association; |
| 10 | | (4) a master association; or |
| 11 | | (5) a residential housing cooperative.". |
