AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3522

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3522 on page 2, by 
3replacing lines 3 through 12 with the following:
 
4    "(a) Beginning with dates of service on and after January 
51, 2025, add-on rates for the services delivered by physicians 
6who are board certified in psychiatry and advanced practice 
7registered nurses who hold a current certification in 
8psychiatric and mental health nursing shall be increased so 
9that the sum of the Department's base per service unit rate 
10plus the rate add-on is no less than $264.42 per hour adjusted 
11for time and intensity as determined by the work relative 
12value units in the 2024 national Medicare physician fee 
13schedule indexed to 60 minutes of individual psychotherapy - 
14procedure code 90837. The Department is not required to make 
15any adjustment to the fee schedule for licensed practitioners 
16of the healing arts.
17    As a result of the rate increases required under this

1subsection, beginning January 1, 2025, the new add-on rates 
2shall be no less than the following:
3        (1) $170.50 for procedure code 90791;
4        (2) $192.56 for procedure code 90792;
5        (3) $106.16 for procedure code 90832;
6        (4) $80.05 for procedure code 90833;
7        (5) $128.14 for procedure code 90834;
8        (6) $101.49 for procedure code 90836;
9        (7) $188.28 for procedure code 90837;
10        (8) $68.05 for procedure code 99213;
11        (9) $98.69 for procedure code 99214; and
12        (10) $146.14 for procedure code 99215.".
