AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3550 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3550 on page 1, 
3line 6, by deleting "18.4,"; and
 
4by deleting line 16 on page 5 through line 20 on page 7; and
 
5by replacing line 6 on page 8 through line 11 on page 9 with 
6the following: 
 
7    "(20 ILCS 1205/6a)  (from Ch. 17, par. 107)
8    Sec. 6a. The Secretary Director may, in accordance with 
9the The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act, adopt 
10reasonable rules with respect to the administration and 
11enforcement of any Act the administration of which is vested 
12in the Division Director or the Department.
