| 3 | | line 5, by replacing "Section 1.5" with "Sections 1.5 and 2"; |

| 5 | | on page 19, by deleting line 12; and

| 6 | | on page 19, immediately below line 13, by inserting the |
| 7 | | following:

| 9 | | Sec. 2. (a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of |
| 10 | | Section 1.5 of this Act, except for subsections (f-10), |
| 11 | | (f-15), (f-20), (f-25), and (f-30) of Section 1.5, shall be |
| 12 | | guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and may be fined up to $5,000 |
| 13 | | $5,000.00 for each offense, whoever violates subsections |
| 14 | | (f-10), (f-15), (f-20), (f-25), and (f-30) of Section 1.5 may |
| 15 | | be fined up to $5,000 for each offense, and whoever violates |

| 1 | | any other provision of this Act may be enjoined and be required |
| 2 | | to make restitution to all injured consumers upon application |
| 3 | | for injunctive relief by the State's Attorney or Attorney |
| 4 | | General and shall also be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, and |
| 5 | | any owner, lessee, manager or trustee convicted under this Act |
| 6 | | shall, in addition to the penalty herein provided, forfeit the |
| 7 | | license of such theatre, circus, baseball park, or place of |
| 8 | | public entertainment or amusement so granted and the same |
| 9 | | shall be revoked by the authorities granting the same. |
| 10 | | (b) Tickets sold or offered for sale by a person, firm or |
| 11 | | corporation in violation of Section 1.5 of this Act may be |
| 12 | | confiscated by a court on motion of the Attorney General, a |
| 13 | | State's Attorney, the sponsor of the event for which the |
| 14 | | tickets are being sold, or the owner or operator of the |
| 15 | | facility at which the event is to be held, and may be donated |
| 16 | | by order of the court to an appropriate organization as |
| 17 | | defined under Section 2 of the Charitable Games Act. |
| 18 | | (c) The Attorney General, a State's Attorney, the sponsor |
| 19 | | of an event for which tickets are being sold, or the owner or |
| 20 | | operator of the facility at which an event is to be held may |
| 21 | | seek an injunction restraining any person, firm or corporation |
| 22 | | from selling or offering for sale tickets in violation of the |
| 23 | | provisions of this Act. In addition, on motion of the Attorney |
| 24 | | General, a State's Attorney, the sponsor of an event for which |
| 25 | | tickets are being sold, or the owner or operator of the |
| 26 | | facility at which an event is to be held, a court may |
