SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates the sum of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Village of Thayer. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Village of Thayer for all costs associated with infrastructure improvements, including but not limited to, watermain repair and/or replacement.
Section 99. Effective date. This act takes effect upon becoming law.
