2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

43-7009, 3-7010, 3-7011, 3-7012, 3-7013, 3-7014, 3-7015, 
53-7016, and 3-7017.
 
6    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January
