| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Richard Moore, who passed away on |
| 4 | | November 25, 2023; and |
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Richard Moore was born to Fred and Blevian Moore |
| 6 | | in Munster, Indiana on October 13, 2000; he attended |
| 7 | | Elementary School District 149, Elementary School District |
| 8 | | 162, and St. Rita Catholic School; he graduated from Rich East |
| 9 | | High School in Park Forest; he played several sports but |
| 10 | | enjoyed football the most; after graduation, he attended |
| 11 | | Jackson State University; and |
| 12 | | WHEREAS, After his transplant in 2022, Richard Moore began |
| 13 | | living his best life; he traveled to the Caribbean, attended |
| 14 | | an anime convention, and started working at Blackhawk |
| 15 | | Elementary School in School District 163, a place that felt |
| 16 | | like family to him; and |
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Richard Moore, also known as Big Rich, committed |
| 18 | | to his faith at a very young age and loved music, family, and |
| 19 | | friends; and |
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Richard Moore was preceded in death by his uncle, |
| 21 | | Richard; his aunt, Quita; and his grandmother; and |
