| 4 | | of the 103rd General Assembly are amended by adding Rule 5-7 as |

| 6 | | (Senate Rule 5-7 new) |
| 7 | | 5-7. Postponed consideration of lengthy bills. |
| 8 | | Notwithstanding any other provision of these Senate Rules, if |
| 9 | | a bill and all of its adopted amendments are collectively 200 |
| 10 | | or more single-sided pages in length when printed pursuant to |
| 11 | | Senate Rule 5-2, then the bill shall not be voted upon on Third |
| 12 | | Reading until the fourth session day after the date upon which |
| 13 | | the bill is either placed on the desks of all members or made |
| 14 | | available to all members electronically. |
