SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened 
3to learn of the death of Dr. Deenadayal "Deen" Gaddam; and
 
4    WHEREAS, Dr. Gaddam was born to Yesudas and Mariyamma 
5Gaddam on January 30, 1948; and
 
6    WHEREAS, Dr. Gaddam was a wonderful provider for his 
7family; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Dr. Gaddam was a constituent of the 4th Senate 
9District and served on the Loretto Hospital board for many 
10years, where he worked to make sure quality health care was 
11provided to those in need; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Dr. Gaddam is survived by his wife of 49 years, 
13Soundaryakala Gaddam; his son, Solomon, and daughter-in-law, 
14Amanda; his grandchildren, Eleanor and Magot; and six 
15siblings; therefore, be it
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18Dr. Deenadayal "Deen" Gaddam and extend our sincere 
19condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
20him; and be it further

1    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
2presented to the family of Dr. Gaddam as an expression of our 
3deepest sympathy.
