Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Consumer Legal Funding Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
815 ILCS 121/1  
Adds reference to:
815 ILCS 505/2MMMM new  
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that it is an unlawful practice within the meaning of the Act for a person to advertise, display, or offer a price for goods or services that does not include all mandatory fees or surcharges. Provides that nothing prohibits a person from charging a reasonable postage or shipping fee that is actually incurred by the person to ship goods to a consumer. Sets forth alternative means of compliance for various service providers and financial institutions. Sets forth exceptions and limitations to the provisions.

House Floor Amendment No. 3
Replaces references to "financial entity" with "financial institution". Changes the formatting of a list concerning disclosures required to be made by a food delivery platform.
