Amends the Behavior Analyst Licensing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 2

Adds reference to:
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. In provisions concerning standards for licensing, provides that each child care institution, maternity center, day care center, group home, day care home, and group day care home shall have on its premises during its hours of operation at least 2 non-administrative staff members (rather than at least one staff member) certified in first aid, in the Heimlich maneuver, and in cardiopulmonary resuscitation by the American Red Cross or other organizations approved by rule of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation no later than 90 days after employment.
