| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1102 on page 3, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 7 through 11 with the following: |
| 4 | | ""Surveillance tests for ovarian cancer" means all |
| 5 | | medically viable methods for the detection and diagnosis of |
| 6 | | ovarian cancer, including, but not limited to, ultrasounds, |
| 7 | | magnetic resonance imaging (MRIs), x-rays, computed tomography |
| 8 | | (CT) scans, and CA-125 blood test screenings for individuals |
| 9 | | determined by a physician to be at elevated risk based on |
| 10 | | personal and family history, genetic predisposition, or other |
| 11 | | clinically recognized risk factors.". |
