| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Chicago Park District Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 16a-6 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 16a-6. Chicago lakefront lifeguard minimum age. The |
