| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Election Code is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 17-13.5 as follows:
|

| 7 | | Sec. 17-13.5. Curbside voting. Election authorities shall |
| 8 | | may establish curbside voting for individuals to cast a ballot |
| 9 | | during early voting and or on election day. An election |
| 10 | | authority's curbside voting program shall designate at least 2 |
| 11 | | election judges from opposite parties per vehicle, and the |
| 12 | | individual shall have the opportunity to mark the ballot |
| 13 | | without interference from the election judges. |
