| 3 | | replacing lines 2 through 8 with the following: |
| 4 | | "(d) Interstate data sharing agreements shall be mutual. |
| 5 | | The Department shall only share data if the reciprocal state |
| 6 | | provides the opportunity to access data from the reciprocating |
| 7 | | state to licensed health care entities and application vendors |
| 8 | | regardless of their method of connection to the Prescription |
| 9 | | Monitoring Program for interstate data sharing as defined in |
| 10 | | administrative rule.". |
