| 4 | | "Section 5. The State Fire Marshal Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 4.1 as follows:

| 6 | | (20 ILCS 2905/4.1 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 4.1. Inspections on permanently moored craft. The |
| 8 | | Office of the State Fire Marshal shall pause inspections on |
| 9 | | non-table gaming permanently moored crafts until the earlier |
| 10 | | of December 1, 2026, or until rules are adopted after the |
| 11 | | effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General |
| 12 | | Assembly to clarify the definition of permanently moored |
| 13 | | crafts and the associated inspection requirements. The Office |
| 14 | | of the State Fire Marshal may adopt rules for the |
| 15 | | implementation and administration of this Section.". |
